Vijay Chaddah works in the areas of corporate and transactional law. Mr. Chaddah represents corporate clients in a variety of areas including venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate maintenance.

Mr. Chaddah received his bachelor's degree from Kenyon College in 1995, his M.A. in philosophy, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Illinois in 1997 and his J.D., Cum Laude, from the University of Minnesota 2001.

Prior to joining Gesmer Updegrove, Mr. Chaddah was associated with Testa Hurwitz and Thibeault, LLP.

Mr. Chaddah is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts (2001).
