Mr. Durkin has represented numerous regional, national and international technology companies in connection with product development, licensing and distribution arrangements, and trademark, copyright and other intellectual property matters. He also has considerable experience in working with authors and publishers. Mr. Durkin is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and the Boston College Law School.
