Aviad Levin works in the areas of corporate and transactional law. Mr. Levin assists with the representation of corporate clients, including start-up companies, manufacturing companies and venture capital firms, in matters such as "angel" and venture capital financing, secured and unsecured lending, mergers and acquisitions and licensing transactions.

Mr. Levin received his LL.B. and his Economics degree from Tel-Aviv University in Israel and his LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law.
