Open House
Gesmer Updegrove’s Open House, celebrating the opening of its newly renovated space, will take place on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
It will be held at the firm’s offices, on 40 Broad Street in Boston.

As part of the festivities, we will be giving away six new iPod Nanos, Apple’s tiny multimedia players capable of letting you listen to music, display photos and watch video. Winners will be drawn at random throughout the evening, so be sure to bring an extra business card to drop into the fish bowl!
Parking:
Complimentary parking will be available for guests at the 75 State Street garage. The entrance to the garage is on Broad Street, diagonally across from Gesmer Updegrove, near the corner of Broad and State Streets.
To take advantage of the opportunity, bring your parking garage ticket to the party, and show it to our staff at the door. You will be given a sticker to put on the ticket, indicating that you are entitled to free parking for the evening.

Directions:
Driving From the West or the South
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike east to the end and then take the Expressway North (I-93 North; follow signs toward Logan Airport). If you are coming from the south, enter Boston on the Expressway headed north.
On the Expressway enter the South Station Tunnel. Stay in the right lane and take the first exit inside the Tunnel (Atlantic Avenue). There are two lanes on the exit ramp. Get into the right lane. At the stop light at the end of the exit continue straight and drive on Atlantic Avenue past the Rowes Wharf complex (Boston Harbor Hotel), which will be on your right. Follow the signs to State Street; it is a left turn approximately 1/8 mile beyond Rowes Wharf. Proceed approximately 2 blocks on State Street and turn left onto Broad Street. Our building occupies the second block of Broad Street, on the left.
Driving from the North Shore
Coming into Boston on Route 93S, take Exit 24B-A toward Government Center. Turn left at John F Fitzgerald Surface Road. Turn right at State Street. Broad Street will be the third street on your left. The entrance ramp to the State Street Parking Garage will be almost immediately to your right.
On the T
- Green Line: Exit the Government Center stop, turn right onto State Street and walk toward the waterfront for two blocks. Broad Street is on your right.
- Green Line and Orange Lines: Exit the Haymarket stop, turn onto Congress Street, walk toward State Street. Take a left onto State Street. Walk down State Street toward the waterfront for two blocks. Broad Street is on your right.
- Red Line: At the Downtown Crossing stop, take the Orange line toward Oak Grove and exit at the State Street stop. The State Street stop is at the corner of State Street and Congress Street. Walk down State Street toward the waterfront for two blocks. Broad Street is on your right.
- Orange and Blue Lines: The State Street stop is at the corner of State Street and Congress Street. Exit at State Street and walk down State Street toward the waterfront for two blocks. Broad Street is on your right.
