As a member of Gesmer’s Executive Committee, Sarah plays a vital role in managing the firm. Before joining Gesmer, she was associated with Hale and Dorr (now WilmerHale) in Boston, where she specialized in corporate transactions and securities work for public and private companies. Additionally, Sarah practiced law in Tokyo with Tomotsune, Kimura & Mitomi, a Japanese international finance law firm, where she represented clients in international joint ventures and advised Japanese companies on U.S. corporate law.
In her personal life, Sarah enjoys watching movies, going to the theater, and traveling with her family. She also loves to water ski and would happily eat sushi every day.
